Thanksgiving in June

Who says you can’t enjoy Thanksgiving foods all year round, especially since we’ve been going to Hawaii over Thanksgiving and I end up having Ahi or Mahi-Mahi instead of good old fashioned turkey and yams. Tonight was one of my favorite and healthy dinners: roasted cauliflower with Brussels sprouts, turkey cutlets and mashed sweet potatoes. To the sweet potatoes, I added some orange juice, a touch of Blue Agave sweetener and seasoned with salt and pepper. Yum!
